Custom Vinyl Shirt

Designs placed on cotton fabrics are cut from heat transferable vinyl (HTV) and made using a programmable cutting machine and special software. Custom images must be converted into a Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) for the machine software to recognize it as a cut file. This could require tracing the image in the software or using a special conversion tool. In some cases images and text may need to be recreated from scratch. Additional fees could apply depending on the level of difficulty. If the image cannot be recreated to your specifications, or if it is too intricate to cut with the machine, it may be possible to print the image on a transfer paper which can be applied to the apparel. This could result in "white space" showing in the image. All reproduced graphics, whether vinyl cuts or transfer images, will be sent to the customer for approval prior to applying.
Designs made with HTV or transfers are recommended to wash in cold and tumble dry on low.

Another custom option is a design printed with sublimation ink, but this can only be transfered on light colored, polyester fabric. This allows greated design flexibility than those cut from vinyl. See separate listing for Custom Sublimated Shirts for more details.

Each creation is handmade. Some items may differ slightly from their photograph.

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of the order. If an item is made-to-order then please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for production before shipping. I do communicate if something will take longer than expected. At this time I am only shipping within the United States.
