Product Information
Etched designs will have a frosted look. Glass items can be put into the dishwasher. Custom images will be converted to an engravable or proper cut file using different software methods. Additional charges may apply depending on intricacy of image.
Each creation is handmade. Some items may differ slightly from their photograph

Shipping Information:
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of the order. If an item is made-to-order then please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for production before shipping. I do communicate if something will take longer than expected.
Return and Refund Policy:
