Nothing is perfect and unfortunately sometimes screws fall out, seams loosen and glue just doesn't hold. I've made every effort to ensure a quality product, but if something does happen to one of your JOATMON Creations, just drop me a note and I will help get it back into shape!!


Caring for your bag
All handbags are made from a cotton-blend fashion fabric, and the seams are secured with a double stitch for durability. Most can be washed on a gentle cycle. If your bag has a removable handle, use a small screwdriver to remove it before washing. Occasionally check the handles to ensure they are still secure and tighten the screws if necessary.
